Faction Rules

Introduction
To start off, first and foremost we want Equality to feel like a home for all our members. We want to have a pleasant atmosphere for all of us, where we can chat and have fun as much as possible. To achieve this, we have to set up the following rules in no particular order:


- Respect
This is a very simple rule. Please respect everyone. Not just our faction, but all members in PWI. You are carrying our name around, carry it with pride. No matter how arrogant/ignorant/bossy etc. someone can be, try to solve the problem in a civil and respectful way. If you have any problems with your faction mates, you can always contact me or any other officer to help you out.

-Racism
This will not be tolerated as the faction name states everyone here is Equal.Breaking this rule is consider a automatic ban!

- Maturity
Of course, we all want to have fun, but we need to maintain a maturity level. Make sure you keep the faction chat clean, no spamming, no overuse of caps lock, trash talking, offending, causing drama, etc. (also see: Respect). Performing any of these WILL have serious consequences, which may result in a warning or a (temporary/permanent) ban.


- PVP/PK mode
Player Versus Player, also known as Player Killing. First of all, never kill a fellow guildy. This to prevent grudges/trash talking against guildies/setting other people up against eachother, etc. Also, we are not at war with any faction so please no specific faction/player killing. You also wouldn't like to be killed over and over again by one specific person, would you? Just think of the first rule stated and you'll be fine.

- Trash Talking
I think it's been said a few times already, but please, NO trash talking. Do not provoke/shout at/call names/etc etc. It's really annoying and you might get yourself a warning/temporary/permanent ban.

- Sexual harassment
As obvious as this may be, I will make some things clear around this topic. No pornographic pictures or comments of any nature are tolerated. We're here to play a game and have fun together, if you're looking for other things you don't belong here. There are people of many diffirent ages in our faction so make this a safe place for everyone.

- Seeking Help
Feel free to seek assistance with quests, boss mobs, FBs, and so on. However, please don't abuse the helpfulness of others. Don't bother guildmates for easy tasks that you can do on your own and are not beneficial for them just because you are lazy. Don't bug them with requests when they've made known that they are busy or unavailable. Remember that other players have their own tasks and goals to complete on top of participating in a successful faction. Try to work with others in a harmonious and patient manner.

- FB Drops
Everyone likes doing FBs and everyone always wants to join one. As a faction we're sticking together and looking after eachother. When you go on a FB with someone, please make sure the tabber gets his/her drops. This especially includes 3 star items and molds. It doesn't matter if its a random drop which you got it, or that you weren't so lucky to get it on your own FB, it's NOT yours if the tabber wants to have it. DON'T take advantage of people who dont know what some items are worth. Please respect it and don't steal from eachother, because that's what it is. This also count for people outside the faction, we want to keep our good name up.


- Leaving The Faction
We want to let you know that leaving our faction is an important decision that should be considered very well. We understand it if you decide to take a look somewhere else but then in the end find your home to be with us. We however do not appreciate to be treated like a walk-in closet where you can come and leave whenever you prefer. When leaving the faction, you must speak with an officer giving a reason or it will affect our decision to allow you back in if you want to return to us in the future.
